In recent years, the energetic efforts of government and policy guidance, vocational education has made rapid development. Vocational school students as a direct audience of vocational education, in the family and social influence of multiple factors, the school itself, the process of growth is facing many problems. Missing Vocational Students' Second Class, is not conducive to the overall development of vocational students; student leaders as a school student activities on its core strength, due to the limited capacity of their own, they can not independently lead students to engage the second classroom activities.In this context, the author of vocational training students student leaders in Wuhan S Vocational School, the purpose is to enhance their overall ability, and then through them, offering more student organizations, thereby affecting more vocational school students. Services for vocational school students leadership skills to enhance the theme to group activities as the main way, based on the results energizing theories and needs assessment, respectively, from the promotion of vocational student leader individual level, capacity for interpersonal level, the environmental dimension three dimensional view, organizations planning to carry out 15 activities. Activities mainly through scenario simulation and role-playing, etc., so that team members understand their own shortcomings in six areas of leadership, communication skills, interpersonal skills,teamwork, ability to adapt to the environment and its influence, and through a series of activities designed to improve their ability to focus on these areas. After the event, the author Guidance case, questionnaires and interviews and other forms of group activities effects were comprehensively evaluated.To sum up, we can draw the following conclusions: Problem vocational student leaders face is lack of capacity, and leadership training is to enhance their abilities in different aspects through group activities to stimulate their potential, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing energy; Group Work Intervention in use vocational students leadership skills to enhance the process, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the crew members and improve participation, leadership skills to achieve improvement targets;increased energy theory can effectively guide the development of social work practice,for lack of leadership skills in the vocational students status, conduct theme activities, to tap the potential of members; to carry out social work practice requires a combination of different techniques and methods in order to provide better services for clients. At the same time, they combed through the entire service process, but also the inadequacies of the study carried out a review and summary: upgrade vocational school students leadership skills requires a long-term accumulation process, the need to establish long-term mechanism for training; vocational school students to enhance leadership skills needs of the community, schools, families, social workers as well as a few individual parties to work together.
