The schools and parents gradually pay attention to children multiple intellige-nces development in current.Children's social behavior,social psychology,acad-emic achievement and values,which significantly influenced by the peer groups and interactive.H community to establish "Le Xing Xian Feng Group"(LXXFG)try to provide multiple intelligences development services for primary schoo-1 students,which can not effectively play the positive functions of standardizati-on and orientation.Most of previous focus on describing leadership training m-ethods,influencing factors and related analysis,leadership measurement and its effect.The is few the interaction analysis between individual and group,socia-1 work intervention of group leaders of primary students.By observing the activitise,itraining methods and members of interactive co-mmunication,then analyzing the prombles about subgroup,interpersonal conflict,Individual marginalization and ego unification.Based on the cognitive-behaviora-l theory and group dynamics theoty,the social worker putting the group leaders-hip as breakthrough point,adopting the method of group work for 8 members,combing with communication skills and solving ability.This study applies parti-cipation observation and interview to evaluate the effect,aimd to find out gro-up work intervention strategy which can help effectively the primary students group.The interpersonal communication,solving ability of members has been improved with varying degrees,which includes sense of belonging and identity,subgroup influence,self-efficacy and exemplary role in the group.This research found that group work involved in primary has multiple advan-tages,such as the status,professional skills and the role of social work.At the sametime,group work provide effective services for primary student who will enter junior high school.Absolutely,there also exists some disadvantages,such as lack of quantitative measurement,the few analyse of external environment,the short-term tracking research about evaluation.Finally,according to the resu-lts of the study,putting forward some suggestions:keep balance of common de-mand and individual demand in service object,social work agencies and comm.-unity responsibility clearly positioning,build a group of social work services p-roducts,and establish complementary and mutually beneficial pattern.
