With the development of the economy,more and more companies choose to outsource their non-core businesses.The management of outsourced employees is one of the important components of enterprise human resource management.The external employees come from different work units.Due to differences in age,culture and lifestyle,various contradictions and frictions occur in the management process.The tension between employees is not conducive to the long-term development of enterprises.This is an increasingly urgent work problem,and social work involvement in enterprises is even more important and necessary.Good interpersonal communication is of great significance to personal development,and will have a far-reaching impact on their work and life.Therefore,improving the interpersonal skills of outsourcing employees is not only conducive to personal growth and development,but also for enterprises to improve the efficiency of team cooperation,and thus improving the efficiency of the company's operation is particularly important.Based on the investigation and interview of outsourced employees in X company,this paper tries to understand the problems they encounter in the process of interpersonal communication and the needs of service objects.On the basis of the existing research by scholars at home and abroad,this paper correctly uses the theory and skills of social work specialty to provide practical services for outsourced employees through group activities,and tries to solve their interpersonal cognitive ability.Soluting the problems of interpersonal communication,emotional management and teamwork ability can help outsourcing employees understand the importance of good interpersonal relationship to their daily work and improve their interpersonal communication skills,interpersonal communication ability and emotional management ability,and enhance team cooperation ability and form healthy and positive working attitude.The communication skills and emotional management methods can help them establish good interpersonal relationships,improve the efficiency of team cooperation,and then improve the efficiency of the company's operation.The research finds that group work has certain effect on improving the interpersonal communication ability of outsourcing employees.Through these six group activities,the emotion between group members is further deepened.Not only a strong cohesion is formed,but also the interpersonal communication ability and interpersonal communication ability have been improved.Finally the overall goal of the group has been achieved.
