I put forward the countermeasures based on the summary of previous theoretical results, combined with the theoretical research and practical investigation of their own. Among them, the leadership of the Party committee is the core of construction,university teachers is the foundation, the mainstream ideology education method is the method, construction and management positions in the mainstream ideology is the key. The classroom is the main channel and the main position of network construction is the priority among priorities, environmental education, community and apartment construction, scientific treatment of non-mainstream ideology are useful supplements.
