| In the context of "double first-class" construction,the effectiveness of discipline construction is directly related to the results of university reform and development,as well as the process and level of building a strong higher education country.Among them,system construction is the core support of discipline construction,and it plays a direct function.This research examines the discipline construction of Chinese universities from the perspective of the discipline system,and tries to answer the core question of whether the current discipline system can promote discipline construction.The problems to be solved by this research mainly include four aspects:(1)What kind of institutional supply is needed for discipline construction in universities?(2)What is the system structure of the university discipline system?(3)What are the institutional dilemmas facing the discipline construction of universities?(4)What are the paths of institutional innovation for discipline construction in universities?This research is based on the background of the "double first-class" construction,takes the system of discipline construction as the core content of the research,makes full use of the document method and interview method,and grasps the main trends and basic conditions of the university discipline construction in my country,and has an impact on the university discipline construction system.Have a clear understanding,through combing through the institutional problems in the practice of discipline construction in universities,and put forward targeted suggestions to solve the institutional dilemma.This research is divided into five parts.First of all,it discusses the significance of the study of discipline construction system,systematically reviews the related progress of discipline construction research and discipline system research,defines the basic concepts of discipline,discipline construction and discipline system,and further determines the research ideas and main research methods of this paper through combing the relevant literature.Secondly,from the point of view of "should be ",it is found that the discipline system should be embodied as a compound value implication,and discipline construction calls for discipline system construction,which requires systematic,effective and just system supply.Thirdly,from the point of view of "reality ",this paper analyzes the current structure of discipline system in China,sets up the hierarchical structure model of discipline system,and expounds in detail the composition and function of each part.Then,combined with the relevant materials to understand and reflect on the practice of university discipline construction in China,through the analysis of the "pyramid" of discipline system and its practical operation,it is found that the university discipline construction in China is faced with many institutional dilemmas,such as the paradox of decentralization,marginal effect,Matthew effect and overlapping patch effect.Finally,in view of the current challenges of discipline construction in China,this paper puts forward the ways to solve the institutional dilemma,that is,we need to stimulate the vitality of grass-roots academic organizations,optimize the allocation model of academic resources,and use the principle of justice to perfect the system,so as to realize the institutional innovation of discipline construction and fulfill the policy promise of "double first-class" construction. |
