Innovation is the ability to have economic value,social value,And ecological value.Today,With the rapid development of science and technology,Innovation capability has become a decisive factor in the country's core competitiveness and international status.The mystery of Needham and the question of Qian Xuesen made us continuously ponder the inner and close relationship between education and innovation.For graduate students with higher academic and professional level,The cultivation of their innovative and innovative consciousness is related to whether they can enhance the overall national strength.Implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.Divided from the focus of training,The types of postgraduate education in China are mainly divided into two aspects:Academic postgraduate education(Master's degree and doctoral degree in the academic degree)and professional postgraduate education(Master's degree and doctoral degree in professional professional master graduate students,But lack a systematic discussion on academic master graduate education.At present,Compared to the accelerating development of industrial and commercial enterprises'innovation capability,academic postgraduates with an emphasis on knowledge structure training in China have lagging behind developed countries such as Europe,the United States,Japan,and other countries in terms of their ability to innovate in knowledge,patents,and scientific research.The quality of research results is low,and research and innovation are not obvious.There is no effective convergence between knowledge and technology innovation and industrial production services,and the mechanism of production,education,and research is not perfect.Therefore,it is necessary to make an accurate and effective evaluation of the academic postgraduates' innovative ability,in order to specifically strengthen the academic postgraduate education innovation,and further explore the academic postgraduates' ability to cultivate innovative ability.Through the implementation of the"double first-class" construction,the postgraduate education has shifted from the expansion of the past to the development of quality and improved the quality of education.The important task of the"double first-class" construction is to cultivate top-notch innovative talents.The main problem existing in the existing personnel training mode for academic postgraduate students lies in the lack of innovation ability.Under the background of "double-class" construction,innovative personnel training mode must pay attention to teaching methods.In order to reform the methodology,A "result-oriented"evaluation mechanism must be established.Grasping the cultivation of the innovative ability of academic postgraduates,updating the concept of social innovation,and deepening the reform of the postgraduates' innovative ability education system,while strengthening theoretical learning,it is also necessary to strengthen the ability of social research and the flexible use of knowledge to continuously promote the cultivation of academic postgraduates.Institutional innovation,improving postgraduate education and training conditions,creating an open and innovative research environment for postgraduate education,establishing postgraduate education incentive mechanism innovation,emphasizing innovation spirit and innovation ability,advancing innovation education reform for academic master graduate students,And effectively enhancing academics Master graduates'innovative ability and training quality.First of all,this thesis starting from the concept and connotation of innovation,innovation ability,the use of domestic and foreign academic circles about the innovation of theory research,combined with the construction of "double top" demand for innovative talents innovation ability,innovation ability according to the literature on research concludes the content of the graduate student innovation ability training,and optimizing the graduate student innovation ability evaluation theory and method.Secondly,from two aspects of internal and external,this paper studies the factors and influencing factors of the innovation ability of college graduate students in China,and analyzes the factors influencing the innovation ability of academic postgraduate students in our universities,that is,the factors of graduate education system,the factors of graduate training process,the factors of graduate research and dissertations,and the factors of the graduate students' scientific research and dissertations.It is found that the elements of innovation ability are divided into four components:innovative knowledge skills,innovative thinking,innovative personality,and innovation internal motivation.The unique attribute of the innovation ability of academic postgraduate is the innovation thinking ability and innovation achievement ability.The extension model has improved and expanded the traditional evaluation index system.This paper determines 5 first grade evaluation indexes closely related to innovation ability,namely,the ability to master innovative knowledge,comprehensive innovation thinking ability,innovation practice ability,innovation quality ability and innovation achievement,and build a new evaluation index system.Thirdly,aiming at the defects in the evaluation index system of academic postgraduates'innovative ability in Chinese universities reflecting the inconspicuous relationship between"two-class" construction and innovative talents,the use of matter-element extension theory has been analyzed to establish an evaluation index system for academic postgraduates' innovative ability.This system focuses on the graduates' ability to master knowledge innovation and the ability of practical innovation to influence their ultimate innovation ability,and meets the needs of the "two-class"construction of universities in the new era.Fourthly,we designed a survey questionnaire for the innovative ability of academic master postgraduates in representative universities in the eastern,central and western regions of China.Based on the collected data,we conducted empirical analysis and compared and analyzed the innovations of academic postgraduates from different universities.Ability to obtain the difference in the innovative ability of academic postgraduates in universities in different regions,and to analyze the causes of the differences.Scientific and rational analysis can get objective and real results.Through rigorous evaluation and research,this paper aims to reflect on the basic path and specific path of improving the innovative ability of academic graduate students in Chinese universities.This paper believes that the influencing factors and components of the innovation ability of postgraduates are scientific.The evaluation index of the postgraduates' creative ability is reasonable.The evaluation method of the postgraduates' innovative ability is effective and feasible.It can provide a theoretical basis and practical basis for improving the training mode of academic postgraduates and improving the innovative ability of academic postgraduates in universities in different regions of the country.
