Mood is one manifestation of individual emotions, negative emotion is a part of children emotional expressions, negative emotion's developing and adjustment have an effect on development of children's emotional quality, it has been found that children express their emotions are aimed at asking for help, but they out of self-regulation skills. It's requirement of children's psychological development that adult appropriately guide and pay attention to children's negative emotions, also is important way to help children learn how to adjust and manage their emotions, thereby forming the foundation of healthy emotional quality.According to Non-participant observation, this research analyzes and summarizes with collected case, reached five methods that commonly used by teachers when face with children's negative emotions: guide and encourage type control type, ignore type, negative criticism type, notifying type, on the five methods quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, it is concluded that the characteristics of children with teachers' negative emotion events as well as the existing problems, and aimed at the problems existing in the teachers' coping styles, the author to teacher interview data analysis indicates that the factors affecting teachers' coping styles.In the aim of factors affecting and existing problems of teacher's coping styles, researcher proposes reflections and suggestions on the foundations of value and significance of teacher's management with children's emotions, hoping more teachers could study and know more clearly about their coping type and make a reflection, thus improve the abilities of managing children's negative emotions, and promote health development of children's emotional quality.
