Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Volunteer Service Spirit

Although the spirit of college students' volunteer service has a deep fit with the ancient spiritual tradition in temperament,its development as a large-scale volunteer practice is after the founding of New China.With the development of the times,various public welfare activities with the main content of practicing the volunteer service of college students not only promote the in-depth development of the volunteer service spirit of college students,but also have a very positive impact on the whole society.In the three practice fields of the spirit of volunteer service in our country,colleges and universities have become the main front at the beginning,and college students have become the main group to promote the development of volunteer service spirit.Therefore,to a considerable extent,the cultivation of the volunteer service spirit of college students in colleges and universities constitutes the basic conditions for the practice of volunteer service in China.This paper takes the basic theory of college students' volunteer service spirit as the starting point,understands the basic concepts and development process of college students' volunteer service spirit cultivation,the characteristics of college students' volunteer service spirit cultivation and the significance of college students' volunteer service spirit cultivation.After summarizing a large number of questionnaire data,it is found that the research on the cultivation of college students' volunteer service spirit still has the imperfect national legislation,the serious shortage of state cultivation funds,the inadequate training mechanism of college volunteer service spirit,and the lack of richness in college volunteer service.Problems such as poor service spirit.Based on this,the countermeasures to solve the above problems are put forward: by vigorously carrying forward the traditional culture and virtues of our country,perfecting the legal norms of college students' volunteer service activities,improving the material security for the cultivation of college students' volunteer service spirit;enriching the cultivation mode of college students' volunteer service spirit and constructing advocacy The campus culture of college students' volunteer service spirit,the incentive mechanism for establishing the volunteer service spirit of college students;the promotion of college students' awareness of the spirit of volunteer service and the practical experience of enhancing the volunteer service spirit of college students.
