In vocational education should highlight the characteristics of professional point of view, argument secondary vocational schools and school sports teaching inseparable relationship between the basic ability training of students' employment, to explore the strategies of improving the capacity of secondary vocational students employment basic.This study adopts the method of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, comparative analysis, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, proves the basic ability training vocational school sports teaching and students' employment relationship after draws the following conclusions:(1) To determine the basic ability of secondary vocational students' employment is mainly composed of physical health, work attitude and basic work ability three aspects, including physical and mental health, physical quality, the sense of responsibility, discipline, team cooperation ability and 14 main factors.(2)The current secondary vocational graduates for employment shortage of basic ability is leading to a fall in the secondary vocational student's employment competitiveness, mainly reflects in: poor professional fitness and competence of the students; Work enthusiasm is not high, can bear hardships and stand hard work; Dedication and sense of competition is not strong; Team orientation confusion, practical processing ability, communication skills, ability to adapt and self management ability is insufficient.(3) the school sports teaching exists some problems hindering the development of the students employment basic ability, the teacher know about this school of professional and employment is not enough in-depth, teaching content and the organization method and no distinct professional characteristics; Student sports exercise plan formulation and implementation of the lack of teachers' attention and supervision; Teaching evaluation method is not scientific; Insufficient professional sports venues and facilities construction, etc.(4) the article finally from the secondary vocational school sports teaching to highlight the characteristics of professional point of view, from the physical education teachers should strengthen the students professional knowledge; Teaching contents, teaching methods and organizational forms to combine the students' ability of professional characteristics and position requirements; Physical education teaching evaluation method for the establishment of a more scientific; Sports teaching should pay much attention to the cultivation of students' professional ethics quality; Students and supervision for the plan of physical exercise to be more in place; School sports culture construction to promote the rapid transformation of students' role puts forward seven aspects such as basic ability can promote students' employment policy.
