Research On Training Strategy Of Higher Vocational Students' Employability On The Market Orientation

Strive to develop vocational education policy leads to higher vocational employment rapid growth. Higher vocational students' employment problems caused social concern. With the new graduates employment rate is closely related to the registration, especially in higher vocational colleges, it is"the lifeline of employment school". "Employment" is the important intersection among the schools, social, and the students. Employment is basic on the students. The student's employment ability is stronger, the employment rate is higher, and the degree of social recognition is higher. Therefore the employment ability is the key to solve the employment of graduates. Although the student's employment question could not rely solely on school hand to solve, it must to explore a way of increasing students'employment ability and improving students' post competitiveness in the employment market. Therefore, when the students are learning in the schools, how to take measures to cultivate students' employment ability is a problem that the higher vocational colleges must think deeply.This paper studies on the process of comprehensive literature analysis and investigation, including interview method, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, and etc. Early research through that reading extensive literature, investigation, collecting Chinese and foreign periodicals and books, searching the information in internet, analysis the relevant data of the domestic and overseas employment capability studies, and come up with understanding for the connotation of the employment ability. Basic on that, combining the actual situation in our country, designed higher vocational students' employment competence questionnaire. Comparison research results from students, teachers, and companies which through the specialized software"SPSS 11.5"on questionnaire by some statistical methods such as factor analysis, descriptive statistics analysis reliability analysis of narrative statistics and so on. And inviting experts to discuss deeply about employment ability, and then to receive the concept and inscape of higher employment ability. Through comparing the difference from the market needs for higher vocational students' employment ability and Chinese higher vocational students' true ability, this paper analyzes the reasons of causing of insufficient employment ability. Finally, it proposed countermeasure to improve higher vocational students'employment ability from the school, government, enterprises and students. This paper opinion is the schools should improve the employment ability training in schools'orientation and talent training mode. And the government should play a part in publicity education, policy support and promotion funding. At the same time, the enterprise as the biggest beneficiaries should be more positive and more active, pay more energy in employment ability training. Finally, students also should actively develop employment ability and constantly improve themselves for employ smoothly.
