Research On The Improving The Students' Employability Of Secondary Vocational School

With the advancement of China's industrialization process,the implementation of the ?Internet +? and ?Made in China 2025? strategy will have a growing demand for skilled talents.It is one of the theoretical and practical problems that secondary vocational schools pay attention to how to improve the quality of talents training.The employability is one of the important indicators reflecting the quality of personnel training.Most of the graduates in secondary vocational schools are engaged in front-line,labor-intensive jobs.They can supplement large amounts of labor in the short term.However,in the long run,the pattern of the three major industries will change,and the employment market will respond quickly.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the influencing factors of students' employability in secondary vocational schools.In this paper,first of all,through the review of the research literature on employability,the definition of employability and the structure of employability are defined in combination with the characteristics of students in secondary vocational schools.Secondly,the key factors for the improvement of employability are analyzed from the two dimensions of individual and external environment,and independently compiled.The Questionnaire on Employability of Secondary Vocational School Students,after a item analysis,validity analysis and reliability analysis of the pre-test questionnaire,a formal questionnaire was obtained;once again,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted at the five levels of professional skills,interpersonal skills,job searching clarity,social support and corporate support.Correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between variables,and the regression equations for the influencing factors of students' employability in secondary vocational schools were finally determined.Finally,the Strategies of Students' employability in secondary vocational schools were proposed based on the research findings.
