Research On The Evaluation Of College Students' Employability And Improvement Countermeasures In Vocational Colleges

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the number of colleges and universities in China,China's higher education is gradually transforming from elite education to popular education.The number of graduates is increasing every year,and the employment situation of graduates is also quite grim.Higher vocational education,as an important part of higher education in China,shoulders the responsibility of cultivating front-line posts in the society,as well as the responsibility of cultivating national applied and skilled talents.Higher vocational college graduates face more employment problems and employment pressure than undergraduates and postgraduates,and the employment problem is more obvious.Improving the employment quality of students in higher vocational colleges is not only related to the people's livelihood,but also related to the reform process of higher education in China.Combining with the advanced academic theories at home and abroad,this paper investigates and analyzes the current employment situation of college students in vocational colleges.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation and problems of college students' employability in vocational colleges.This paper further summarizes the structure and elements of college students' employability in vocational colleges.This paper further analyzes the factors affecting the improvement of employability.At last,the paper puts forward some strategies to improve college students' employability.In the early stage of this paper,a large number of research data have been collected through investigation,and a series of measures have been proposed to improve the employability of college students in China's higher vocational colleges by combining the methods of literature review,comparative analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.This paper puts forward constructive Suggestions for the employment reform and innovation of higher vocational colleges,and makes a beneficial exploration for the healthy development of higher vocational colleges in China.
