The importance of the cultivation of the junior students' health ideology has been recognized. However, how to use the ideological and moral education in junior middle school, to promote the healthy development of students' Ideological and moral education has become an important topic of the current education related departments. This article from the Shenzhen three middle school's ideological and moral education in the construction of the situation investigation, and then further explore the ideological and moral education in junior high school problems, attribution and improvement measures.The body is divided into three parts.Part I: Investigation on the current situation of the construction of Ideological and moral education in junior middle school. Taking Shenzhen three middle school as the investigation object, using the method of questionnaire survey, interview survey and teaching practice investigation, the research results from six aspects: the ideological level, the teachers and the equipment, the classroom building, the opening of the course, the students learning situation, the effect evaluation.Part II: Problems in the construction of Ideological and moral education in junior middle school and its attribution. Mainly from the existence of the main problems and the main reasons for the existence of the two aspects to explore. Summed up the current middle school ideological and moral education in construction has achieved some success, but there are still the status of the course "attention" into "slogan," teacher threshold "high standard" of the "low value", "classroom construction reform" into "form", "compulsory curriculum system" into "elective the growth of students", the "cornerstone" into a "burden", to evaluate the effect of the "multi" into "one yuan" and other major issues; and in-depth analysis of the main problems is the status of the course, the level of awareness is not deep enough, teachers' professional growth classroom construction development force insufficient, effect evaluation system is unscientific so, to put forward the improvement measures and laid a solid foundation.Part III: The improvement countermeasures of the construction of Ideological and moral education in junior middle school. Mainly from the implementation of Ideological and moral education in the first place, strengthen the ideological and moral education teachers' professional ability, construction and improvement of the ideological and moral education system, and create a strong ideological and moral education atmosphere of the four aspects of improving countermeasures. Among them, the main position of Ideological and moral education is to improve the understanding of Ideological and moral education and to ensure that the first two aspects of Ideological and moral education, strengthen the ideological and moral education teachers' professional ability and the comprehensive quality and professional skills from the two aspects.
