Although in recent years, our county for junior high school physical education degree than before a few years more and more attention, has a great level of ascension in all aspects. School of teachers in physical education teaching is equipped with, overall from the education background, basically can meet the national requirements of junior high school physical education teachers should have the standard; From continuing education, computer application ability and so on various aspects to have the corresponding level, but on the proportion of male and female teachers, middle-aged and young teachers are equipped with distribution uneven, some schools equipped with a number of unreasonable for in-service teachers, male, the female teachers’ imbalance, some schools are not even equipped with a female physical education teachers.
