Based on the background of the modern society、modern education system and the new curriculum reform,with the actual development of the school studied,to analysis and sum up the literature,research trends and hot topic concerned,the paper-Research on Current Situation Investigation and Management Countermeasure of Hierarchical Walking Class Teaching in Junior Middle Schools-taking L school in Shenzhen for example sets its topic based on the literature review home and abroad in a quantitative way.The theoretical basis of the paper are theory on teaching students in accordance of their aptitude 、 On students’ individual differences 、zone of proximal development and theory of multiple intelligence.This study takes action research as the main research method,and carries on two rounds of research according to the basic train of thought of making plan,organizing implementation,reflecting and evaluating,modifying adjustment plan,organizing and implementing again and summing up reflection.In the first round of action research,based on the actual development of the school,through SWOT analysis of the current situation of the school,according to the current situation to formulate a preliminary plan of hierarchical class teaching,from four aspects: hierarchical management,curriculum and teaching management,class teacher and student management,evaluation management,the first round of hierarchical class teaching began in the seventh grade in September 2017.After the first round of the organization of a school year,the teaching of the layered class has achieved a good effect,and the students’ learning interest,the academic achievement,the teacher’s teaching and so on have obvious effect and advantage.But at the same time,there are a series of problems in the teaching of layered shift.After the reflection and evaluation,the following problems have been found after the survey,the questionnaire,the interview and other methods: the students’ stratification is unreasonable,the level adjustment is not rational,the teacher’s teaching goal,the content design is not allowed,after-class tutoring,there are problems,the operation layer is not obvious,The teacher is equipped with the imbalance,the class management after the stratification is confused,the student’s psychological problem It is serious,the evaluation system is not perfect,the evaluation concept is backward,the way,the content is relatively single,takes the score as the only evaluation standard,neglects the process evaluation and so on.According to the train of thought of action research and the problems that appear,the second round of hierarchical class teaching is based on the implementation of the first round,modifies the adjustment plan,from the four dimensions of hierarchical management,curriculum and teaching management,class teacher and student management,evaluation management,organizes and implements again according to the specific problems,and solves the new problems again through continuous reflection and sublimation,in order to constantly improve.The hierarchical class teaching respects the individual difference,and the targeted training and education of the students can make the students of different levels and degrees develop on the original basis,and its implementation is of great significance both in theory and in practice.From the growth of students,the professional development of teachers and the development of schools are of great significance.However,as hierarchical class walking is a systematic and complex work,there must be various problems in the implementation process,as long as we recognize differences,respect differences,teach students according to their aptitude,reflect the real fairness of teaching,so that students at different levels can get the most suitable for their development on the original basis.The teaching effect will be fully displayed and the quality of education will be greatly improved.As long as we constantly update the concept of education and change the teaching theory into teaching practice,hierarchical class teaching will be strongly supported and implemented by schools and teachers,and more and more teachers will participate in the practice,and the research results in this field will be more and more abundant.
