With the rapid development of economy and to speed up the pace of internationalization, English as an international language is paid more and more attention by national. However, with the current competition, brain drain, job-hopping, and many other problems are surfaced, including even a good teacher can enroll new student and teach at home, the brain drain to startup becomes a threat to English training Schools. Therefore, how to reduce the turnover rate of talent, retain excellent teachers and develop talents through reasonable human resource management, becomes a problem needs to be addressed urgently for human resources management of those English training school. This paper focus on the research of Web International English school's teachers' brain drain problem to find out the causes of the problem and the impact, and through reasonable and effective means of investigation and analysis of the status in quo to find the solution, the control scheme is given and improvement measures. This paper discusses training schools' existing problems and the reasons according to brain drain theory and external environment analysis, and presents corresponding countermeasures to reduce teachers' turnover rate of web international English training school from the compensation system, human resource management, and cultural values, which can be drawn lessons from for human resources management of language training institutions with advice, as well as related enterprises on core brain drain problem at a certain management strategy. This paper provides more innovative ideas and research perspectives to future research in this field by the investigation and analysis from the perspective of talent loss and potential loss.
