Social enterprises as an innovative model of social organization, since the 1970s, in the United Kingdom and the United States as the representative of the Western countries, have been surging a growing trend. Social enterprises have double value of social significance and business operations, can be achieved while maintaining the sustainable development of the company. When facing increased numerous social problems, the practices of social enterprises around the world, including China, to prove that Social enterprises can effectively resolve the social problems in the corner when the government, market and non-profit organizations malfunction and can not take into account, including the integration of the economic and social of vulnerable groups, environmental protection, employment training, fair trade and other aspects. But the size of the proportion of social enterprises in China are majority of small-scale businesses, most social enterprises are facing obstacles such as the shortage about operating person and funds, short of the management level and competitiveness and so on. So, it will have great significance for how to build a social enterprise which can be made market competitiveness and sustainable business model.In the existing research literature in China and abroad, the study of business models are mostly concentrated in productive enterprises and E-commerce companies and other general business, for the social enterprise business model research is not much research. While there is no case analysis in the field of various types of children with developmental delays education social enterprise business model. Social enterprise is inseparable from the scope of business. Effective business model is one of the important cornerstones for stay competitive and keeping long-term development. Therefore, this article will introduce the constituent elements and form motivation into developmental delays children's educational industry for investigate and analysis.In this article, the case study and survey research are two methods which being used as research way. Because there is less targeted research results can be referenced in the field of education of children with developmental delays and there is no mature theoretical framework for guiding. In exploratory research, it has advantages for using the case study method and survey research method. Through specific analysis to establish real business environment and to seek out solutions to the company's business model problem. At the same time, through interviews with the organizations whose tissue type is company and NPO for knowing their development and business strategy and then extract experiences or finding out how to circumvent issues for the case company. At the end, offer the final business model solutions.This article select Qingdao Inner Peace and Happiness Humanity Education Information Consulting Company (hereinafter referred to as "Inner Peace and Happiness Humanity Company") which is Taiwan joint venture and established in the filed of developmental delays children education as the case material to explore how they established the effective business models to balance "commercial activity" and "social significance" double index to complete the enterprise development and the mission of social.On the basis of Inner Peace and Happiness Humanity Company case studies, this article delves into the constituent elements and form motivation of social enterprise business model from Hamel proposed four business model elements which were analyzed:core strategy, strategic resources, network value, customer interface. The core strategy of the social enterprise is the most important component factors to constitute a social enterprise business model and determines the direction of strategic resources be effective orientation, the choice and the construct of network value, target customer positioning, sales and support model and pricing structure; strategic resources support core strategy implement, it's good to serve target customers and establish good value network; network value construct can complement or combination with other resource units to play each other's strengths, integration of various resources, ensure the realization of the core strategy. Customer interface is the object of social enterprise core strategy can be achieved, but also the force point of strategic resources and influence the choice of enterprise value network. At the same time, this study found that, for the form motivation of social enterprise business model, the demand and the spirit of the community's social entrepreneurship are two important factors.This article can eliminate the lack of correlational research in the field of social enterprises of developmental delayed children education. And also bring inspiration for how to build an effective business model.
