Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Football Training In "National Campus Football Characteristic Schools" In Primary Schools In North Guangdong

In 2015,the Ministry of Education and other six departments issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football".At all levels,primary and secondary schools in China attach great importance to the development of campus football.Today's football has become one of China's basic national policies.The northern Guangdong region has trained outstanding football players such as Tan Kaiyuan,Zhang Yujie and Zhang Zhihao for Guangdong Province and even the country.In order to consolidate the foundation of football talents in Guangdong Province,the level of football development in northern Guangdong will be improved and the effective development of campus football will be promoted.Using literature,field trips,questionnaires,SWOT analysis and expert interviews,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of 14“National Youth Campus Football Schools”in the North of Guangdong Province identified by the Ministry of Education in 2018.The results show:(1)Among the 14 elementary schools in the northern part of Guangdong,more than 60% of the football team members are aged between 11-12 years old,ignoring the selection and training of the 7-9 year old junior football team members;the football players mainly rely on personal hobbies and Exercise is the motivation to participate in football training;more than 80% of football players believe that football training is basically unaffected by the study of culture classes;football players receive football training for about half a year or more and account for about 70%.(2)The teaching level of 14 primary school football teachers in Yuebei is uneven.From the academic qualifications of football teachers,85.71% are undergraduates and14.29% are postgraduates;insufficient attention is paid to training improvement,and the number of trainings received by football teachers is less.(3)14 primary schools in Yuebei District pay full attention to campus football work,with full-time school leaders responsible for daily teaching and training management;14 primary schools have formed men's soccer teams,9 schools have formed women's soccer teams;14 primary schools have been established.The teaching and training of the team is in line with the norms,and a scientific and systematic training plan is formulated.However,it is necessary to strengthen and improve the teaching concept,the development of curriculum resources,and theconstruction of campus football culture.(4)In the training content of the campus football team of 14 elementary schools in the northern part of Guangdong,the tactical content is more reasonable,and the formulation of technical and physical quality content is lack of comprehensiveness;the number of training sessions and training time is more reasonable,and the football field and football training equipment are basically basic.It can guarantee the normal training,teaching and competition of the primary school football team members.(5)The competition system of 14 elementary school football teams in Yuebei area is relatively perfect,but due to the lack of detailed group and level,some teams can not achieve the expected results of the competition;on the other hand,the lack of funds for campus football investment,lack of advanced equipment selection And standardized talent delivery channels,such as the lack of cooperation between some schools and sports schools,traditional project schools,private football schools and professional club echelons.Suggestions:(1)Improve the organization and management system of campus football.(2)Emphasis on the training of theoretical knowledge and skills of campus football teachers.(3)Increase capital investment and build multi-channel funding channels.(4)Bring into play the advantages of the venues in the northern part of Guangdong,develop and form a unique campus football culture.
