| In the traditional classroom teaching,the teacher dominates the whole teaching activity and the students passively accept it.The shortcoming of the spoon-fed pattern suppresses the students’ subjective initiative.The result is that classroom teaching is inefficient,the students’ imaginative and creative ability is restricted and individualization ignored.Since the fundamental education curriculum reform nationwide in 2001,with the new curriculum reform being carried forward,and directed by the new education concept,classroom teaching has been greatly reformed throughout the country.The traditional teaching pattern has been improved,the students’ individualization has been emphasized.Based on documentary research,this thesis discusses the background,purpose and the present research results from both domestic and overseas,the theory of efficient classroom teaching based on individualized study and the common features of domestic efficient classroom research has been analyzed.Based on this,the ‘three-system,four-stage,five-step’ efficient classroom teaching pattern,promoted by Yantai No.14 Middle School was deeply researched,including the concept,the construction,the main points and the implementation procedure.This thesis also compares this ‘three-system,four-stage,five-step’ teaching pattern with other efficient classroom teaching pattern.The advantage and disadvantage of the practice of this ‘three-system,four-stage,five-step’ pattern is appraised objectively through teaching cases analysis,questionnaire feedback from both teachers and students,and recommendation for improvement is also provided.Finally,the author summarized and forecasts the future of this ‘three-system,four-stage,five-step’ efficient classroom teaching pattern.The purpose of this thesis is to make the ‘three-system,four-stage,five-step’ teaching pattern understood deeply.Individualized study based on ‘three-system,four-stage,five-step’ efficient classroom teaching pattern has implemented the new curriculum teaching concept.The unification of ‘living’ and ‘reality’,‘dynamic’ and ‘static’,‘release’ and ‘collection’,‘subject’ and ‘dominant’ has been met.The author hopes that this thesis could be useful for all teachers and those schools where the new curriculum reform has been implemented. |
