In late twentieth century, the Theory of Multiple Intelligence advanced by Professor Howard Gardner who is one of the America famous psychologists and educators explained human intelligence scientifically. The theory brought the significant influence to the field of education, provided scientific theoretical basis for the individualized teaching and explained individual differences of learners deeply. The individualized teaching brought a lot of classic cases of teaching studies for many subjects in the field of education.However, the studies about individualized teaching for the students with prominent individuality in medium occupation schools in minority nationality areas were rare. Accordingly, the author makes an empirical study about individualized teaching witch related to low clearance rate about the computer textual research in medium occupation schools and their minority nationality characteristics. In the study, the author took the design and application of individualized teaching strategies as the center, put forward suggestions for using and designed teaching cases and teaching experiments. Analysis of experimental data provides a basis for witch individualized teaching is more effective in promoting the improvement of learning efficiency on the student computer research.
