The reform of in depth development of the secondary vocational education requires the enhancing of the professional quality of teachers.But in reality,due to subjective and objective restrictions,secondary vocational school teachers’ occupational boredom is more prevalent,and it hinders promotion of teachers’ quality to a large extent.It has become an important subject to resolve the teachers’ occupational burnout and enhancing their efficiency in the changing and developing of secondary vocational school.Majorly through research method of literature,the author of this paper read related domestic and overseas data,and grasps the evolution process of the comprehensive general situation of the research on teachers’ job burnout,and supplemented by questionnaire and interview method,and took the example of a secondary vocational school in Weifang as a case,carries out a series of research in current situation of occupational boredom of teachers in secondary vocational,existing problem,reason and resolving strategy,trying to prevent and mitigate secondary vocational teachers’ occupational boredom.In terms of the making of questionnaire form,the author of the thesis mainly takes reference of the Secondary Vocational School Teachers’ Job Burnout Scale compiled by Wu Zhen and Zhao Zizhen,and made revision in present situation investigation and the causes.The questionnaire form was prepared based on the differences test on teachers’ gender,age,marriage,education,job title,workload,job description,and analysis was made from the emotional exhaustion,deindividuation and sense of low achievement.The present situation investigation and cause analysis of teachers’ occupational boredom was analyzed based on the three aspects of the teachers’ personal factors,school management system,social environment,to achieve the unity of theory and demonstration.The thesis covers five main parts:The first part is the preface,which includes genesis of the study,significance,literature review and research design.The second part shows studies results and analysis.According to the content and results of the survey,describing the occupational boredom of teachers in WeifangHealth School in Shandong: teachers’ emotional exhaustion level is slightly heavier,the degree of disintegration of personality is light,low achievement is most seriously.The third part describes the cause of teachers’ occupational boredom in secondary vocational school.Through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews in the second part,the author analyzes the reasons of teachers’ occupational boredom in Weifang Health School in Shandong.These three factors are school’s factor,teacher’s factor and society’s factor.I.School factors covers,i.working pressure;ii.larger enrollment pressure;iii.complex objects of education,and the quality of students is not high;iv.the large quantity and the growing demands of the teacher evaluation system.II.Teacher factors covers,i.low work enthusiasm.ii.low self-efficacy.III.Social factors,i.low recognition.ii.Too much expectations.The fourth part is the countermeasures of occupational boredom of secondary vocational school teachers.Based on the accurate attribution of the relevant literature study on the reason of occupational boredom of vocational teachers,the author proposed advice and practical advice path of mitigation occupational boredom of teachers in secondary vocational school.I.Construction of social supporting system: i.Raise awareness of secondary vocational education.ii.Focus on growth of young teachers in secondary vocational school,and enhance professional pride.iii.Establish a good image of teachers,create a good working environment;II.Enhance humanistic management in school: i.Develop and improve the management of principal,etc.ii.strengthen humanistic care,and establish a good school ethos.iii.Establish a sound management mechanism,and make proper management policy,III.Strengthen teachers’ self-regulation: i.Enrich leisure culture.ii.Raise awareness,regularly carry out mental health education.iii.Enhance self-efficacy.The fifth part is the conclusion.After the empirical research and statistical analysis,the author draw a conclusion that the teachers’ occupational boredom in this secondary vocational school in serious.The emotional exhaustion level is slightly heavier,the degree of disintegration of personality is light,low achievement is most seriously.
