| With the continuous deepening of China’s education reform,under the background of the government’s gradual popularization of high school education,due to the shackles of traditional concepts,the public generally has the idea of discriminating against vocational education,which has led to the situation in which secondary vocational schools face difficulties in recruiting students and the quality of students continues to decline.Therefore,many teachers in class in secondary vocational schools have apparently become unadapted.Teachers in class face long-term work stress,high responsibility,low increase in salary and welfare levels,unclear boundaries in life and work,and people from parents,leaders,and colleagues.Problems such as complex relationships and poor prospects for development,Lead class teacher can not experience professional well-being.The lack of occupational well-being of head teachers is directly affected by their enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity,resulting in decreased work ability,low education quality,unsatisfied parents,and other consequences,which seriously affect the sustainable development of secondary vocational schools.This study takes the class teacher of a vocational school in Hengshui City as the survey object,and uses the eight first-level indicators and forty secondary indicators as the measurement standard to measure the professional happiness of teachers in the class teachers of secondary vocational schools.The article summarizes the overall situation of teachers’ happiness in the class teachers of secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the reasons for the lack of professional well-being of teachers in class teachers of secondary vocational schools,which mainly include social ethos,secondary vocational school factors,family factors,and personal factors.On the basis of arranging quantitative data and analyzing the causes,we will improve the social atmosphere,respect the traditional virtues of respecting teachers,emphasize on the traditional virtues of teaching,improve the management mechanism of secondary vocational schools,promote the career development of class teachers,solve the worries of class teachers and improve the quality of work.To improve the personal qualities of the head teacher,to form a professional spirit of teaching and educating people,etc.,to enhance the occupational well-being of teachers in class teachers in secondary vocational schools. |
