Teachers' occupational tiredness is a negative psychology and behavior,and it is also a kind of occupational injury. At ancient times, people are highly respected teacher but not put up with the teachers'mental health problems together. However, with the social competition intensifiing, pressure in the modern society increasing, this condition makes occupational tiredness becoming a common phenomenon, and teachers are more like to be the high-risk groups. The existence of teachers' occupational tiredness do a really huge harm to teachers, students and even the whole education development. This paper is put forward the research purpose and content on the basis of literature review and the related research level.The study takes the teachers in 4 secondary vocational schools at the city of Lianyungang Jiangsu province for research object.We chose 219 teachers to help us with compelete the questionnaire survey.At the same time, we do study interviews either. From the results of research, we currently found that teachers professional languor obviously exist in the secondary vocational schools,and we analyzed the reasons of this common phenomenon.Based on all the research, this paper making suggestions to alleviate the bad situation, in order to enhancing the teachers' professional quality of life.
