| In recent years,China’s vocational education has developed vigorously.As the main force in the main position of vocational education,secondary vocational teachers have also been given higher expectations.As the backbone of the development of secondary vocational education,young teachers have brought passion and vitality,attempt and innovation to vocational education.Under the influence of multiple factors,the professional pressure of secondary vocational young teachers is not optimistic.Excessive occupational pressure will not only have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of young teachers,but also directly affect the quality and effectiveness of education and teaching,and then restrict the development of schools and students.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the occupational stress and its influencing factors of young teachers in secondary vocational schools.This study took 106 young teachers under the age of 35 in a secondary vocational school in Qingdao as the research object.Starting from the vocational characteristics of secondary vocational teachers,questionnaires and personal interviews were adopted to investigate the status quo and sources of occupational stress.Through the investigation and research,it is found that there is a problem of great professional pressure among the young teachers in secondary vocational schools.Among the respondents of this study,69.8% of young teachers think they are under great or very great professional pressure,and 81.1% of young teachers often or always feel physically and mentally exhausted due to work.The sources of occupational stress of young teachers in secondary vocational schools are summarized into six dimensions,and the influence degree of each source of stress is as follows: workload,student factors,school management,social factors,self-development,and family interpersonal relationship.Secondly,combined with the questionnaire and interview results,the author deeply analyzes the factors affecting the professional pressure of young secondary vocational teachers,and summarizes the influencing factors of society,school and individual.Finally,this study puts forward some coping strategies for the main influencing factors: creating a good social environment;Raise salary and improve social status;Optimize teacher management and evaluation mechanism system;To pay attention to the physical and mental health of young teachers and meet their own development needs;Active self-adjustment,take the initiative to improve themselves. |
