| Under the background of the popularity of basketball, the development of China’s basketball training industry is bound to usher in new opportunities. Basketball club, as the most important carrier of basketball training industry, plays a very important role in promoting the development of basketball training industry in our country. In order to quickly occupy the Chinese basketball training market, NBA Yao Ming basketball club from the beginning of the establishment, the positive implementation of the bilingual training model, which lay the foundation for its high-end basketball training program? But at the same time, the club in the implementation of bilingual training in the process, is also facing a series of problems, these problems are not resolved, will directly restrict the development of the club. It is under such a background, this paper to the NBA Yao Ming basketball club bilingual training as the research object, using literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, on-the-spot investigation method and so on, we carried out systematic research on the training of bilingual NBA Yao Ming basketball club. Research results show that:NBA Yao Ming basketball club features mainly reflected in five aspects, namely, mainly for juvenile groups, focusing on the international exchanges, highlighting the characteristics of bilingual education, venues and facilities, to Internet plus main propaganda way.NBA Yao Ming basketball club is currently faced with the problems of five aspects, namely, training object, training teachers lack of stability, single training courses, training methods lack of interaction, the effect of training lack evaluation mechanism.NBA Yao Ming basketball club bilingual training is mainly caused by three aspects of reasons, i.e. students’ multi nationality, increasing the difficulty of bilingual training; market orientation is not accurate; management system not perfect.In view of the problems existing in the current training of bilingual NBA Yao Ming basketball club can take five strategies to improve the training of bilingual teachers, one is the market re positioning, expanding bilingual training audience; the second is paying attention to the training of bilingual teacher training; three is rich in content and bilingual training course; bilingual training mode for innovation, enhance the interactive; the fifth is perfect management system, strengthen the bilingual training evaluation. |
