There has a lot of problems in work on listening disorder children rehabilitation, which play a serious role in the process of rehabilitation of listening disorder children development, among this, one of the most important problem is the staff without a thorough knowledge of the rehabilitation of listening disorder children specific needs, not according to the regional characteristics to allocate resource of recovery. Visibly, to analysis the satisfaction of pattern for the rehabilitation of listening disorder children, provide effective rehabilitation services and strengthen the construction of rehabilitation service system, which is a primary issue to be solved. But the development of economic level is different from city to city in the country, the measures of rehabilitation education were taken also slightly different and have taken different rehabilitation effect evaluation. Through a comprehensive understanding of zhaoqing city rehabilitation of listening disorder children demand, combined with the investigation and research of zhaoqing for listening disorder children rehabilitation services ability, evaluation of training or the training listening disorder children rehabilitation effect, detailed analyses of current situation of listening disorder children, their families, rehabilitation institutions, government and social investment on the impact of listening disorder children rehabilitation demands and services, to find the problems existing in the listening disorder children rehabilitation work and principal contradiction, and targeted puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, in order to facilitate staff reasonable distribution rehabilitation resources. There are 33 cases of hearing disorder children ever rehabilitation in agency, accounted for 23.9% and the 105 cases is on the mend, accounting for 76.1%; The main demand of rehabilitation institutions training up to 105 cases, accounting for 76.1%, followed by hearing aid adapter needs nearly 33 cases, accounting for 23.9%.4.The hearing disorder children hearing compensation effect is a more suitable above(contain more comfortable), a total of 116 cases, accounted for 84.1%, four kinds of cases, the optimum proportion is highest, more than 55%; Language rehabilitation at level 3 or above level 3 about 72 cases, accounted for 52.2%.5. Parents believe that the best rehabilitation way is through selecting hearing aid to obtain ideal hearing compensation of 77 cases(55.8%), the teacher teach parents rehabilitation knowledge and methods 38 cases( 27.5%), choose to have experience or famous rehabilitation institutions and teachers in 7 cases(5.1%); Parents think the key reason of family rehabilitation, rehabilitation theory and method of 64 people(46.4%), good teachers 15 people(10.9%), the confidence of parents 50 people(36.2%); Parents most focus on key aspects of child development, comprehensive quality 98 people(71%); Hearing and language problems, a total of 39 people(28.3%),cognitive capacity only one people(0.7%); Parents to participate in rehabilitation training hearing disorder children, with four people which accounts for 2.9% of parents in 1 ~ 2 times per week, 46 people that accounts for 33.3% of parents to participate in 1 ~ 2 times per month, 56 people that accounts for 40.6% of parents for half a year to participate in 1 ~ 2 times, 32 people accounted for 23.2% of parents do not participate in; On rehabilitation status of parents satisfaction situation investigation, the results showed that 113 or 81.9% of parents to the present rehabilitation situation of their children are basic satisfaction or satisfaction and there are 25 or 18.1% of the parents are not satisfied.7. The rehabilitation effect of main influence factors including the children age, degree of hearing loss, in rehabilitation expenditure and parents to participate in the number of hearing disorder children rehabilitation training; The increase of age is the protection factor, increasing in hearing loss is a risk factor, the more serious the hearing loss, the worse to restore. Conclusion:1. Most of hearing impaired children in Zhaoqing who damage types is sensory nerve hearing disorder; Most of hearing disorder children belong to primary or secondary hearing disability, the etiology is unknown is the main cause of hearing disorder.2. The hearing disorder children rehabilitation training mainly through rehabilitation facility to complete;It is also the main demand hearing disorder children rehabilitation training.3. 70.3% of the hearing disorder children hearing compensation effect is best fit or above level; More than 52.2% of the hearing disorder children language rehabilitation is 3 above level.4. Most parents insist on wearing hearing aid and learn to rehabilitation knowledge or method is considered to be the key to the family rehabilitation;The satisfaction to rehabilitation status of parents was 81.9%.5. The hearing disorder children early detection and early intervention increases with the age of better rehabilitation effect and increase is a risk factor for hearing loss in the process of rehabilitation. |
