Study On The Effect Of Medical Social Work Service For Patients With Mental Disorders At Home Rehabilitation

In the process of carrying out the home rehabilitation medical social work service project for mentally handicapped patients in Yuzhong District,Chongqing.According to the social ecosystem theory,medical social workers provide all-round services for patients.This paper focuses on the health of people with mental disorders from the perspective of people's health.The combination of quantitative and qualitative methods is mainly used to analyze the effects of medical social work services on the microscopic system,mesoscopic system and macroscopic system of mentally disturbed.It not only helps promote medical social workers to provide better services for people with mental disorders,providing better services to the residents,but also contributes to enriching the theoretical research results of medical social work.First,In this study,the experimental study was used to study the effects of patients in the microscopic system.The positive and negative symptom scales of the intervention group were significantly different(P<0.05),The general self-efficacy scale has a very significant difference(P<0.05),The personal and social function scales were significantly different(P<0.001),The control group had no significant difference in the three scales(P>0.05).Secondly,using the self-control method to study the family members in the mesoscopic system,the family's post-test anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale scores showed a downward trend on the basis of pre-test,and the score was better than before the service.Finally,using the questionnaire survey method to study the community environment of the macro system,it is found that the residents' awareness of mental health,their concern for their own mental health,and their awareness of medical social work have been improved.The discrimination of patients has also been improved to some extent.Through the research results,it is concluded that the medical social work service starts from the patient's social ecosystem,which not only helps the patient to stabilize the disease,enhances self-efficacy and enhances social function,but also helps to alleviate family members' anxiety and depression.To a certain extent,improve community residents' discrimination against people with mental disorders and create a harmonious community that is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients at home,so that the patient's social support network system is further enhanced.This paper puts forward some suggestions for promoting the development of mental health work:First,play the leading role of the government,incorporate mental health issues into the national health policy,and improve the home rehabilitation system for people with mental disorders.Second,strengthen the publicity of mental health,create a harmonious social atmosphere,improve public awareness of mental illness,and eliminate prejudice and discrimination against special vulnerable groups such as people with mental disorders.The third is to encourage medical social workers to play an active role in home rehabilitation of people with mental disorders,and great publicity on medical social work.The government should increase the financial input of purchasing medical social work service projects.And optimize the team building of medical social work talents.
