ObjectivesBased on the investigation of the basic situation,job burnout,working pressure and job satisfaction of rehabilitation teachers in Kaifeng,this paper surveys the current situation of rehabilitation teachers of disabled children in Kaifeng and analyzes the factors that affect the current situation of their work.And the aim is to provide the fundamental data for formulating policies related rehabilitation work.MethodsAll 196 rehabilitation teachers who helps "0-6" year old disabled children in 10 rehabilitation institutions in Kaifeng City conducted a questionnaire survey in 2016.The questionnaire used is ‘Kaifeng City Disabled Children Rehabilitation Teacher Work Status Questionnaire' which is consisted of basic situation table,job burnout scale,work pressure scale and job satisfaction scale.Epi Data3.1 was used to establish the database,and SPSS23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results1.From the average of job burnout,1.0% of the rehabilitation teachers were at higher levels of job burnout,58.7% of them were at moderate and the rest(40.3%)were low levels.By analyzing the three dimensions of job burnout,11.2% of the rehabilitation teachers were seriously exacerbated,3.1% of them were disintegrated more serious,and 3.6% of them lack of the sense of accomplishment.2.The stress level of rehabilitation teachers working with disabled children is between "lower" and "higher",of which "higher" accounts for 4% of the total,"moderate" accounts for 32%,"lower" accounts for 64%.The average scores of work stress is between 1.87 and 3.42.In the seven dimensions,the scores range from high to low are the student dimension,the parent dimension,the social family dimension,the work dimension,the individual dimension,the management dimension,the colleague dimension.3.The satisfaction of the rehabilitation teachers of children with disabilities isconcentrated between "medium" and "higher",of which "higher" accounts for 70%of the total,"moderate" accounted for 30% of the whole.The average scores of job satisfaction are between 2.92 and 4.12.In the five dimensions,the scores range from the top to the bottom are the work dimension,the leading dimension,the environmental dimension,the promotion dimension,the pay dimension.Conclusions1.Job burnout among rehabilitation teachers of 0-6 year old disabled children in kaifeng city is between "lower" and "medium" level,which is not high enough;99% of these teachers for mild to moderate job burnout,only 1% for severe occupational burnout.The factors influencing the job burnout are: working organization property,education degree,working life,employment nature,rehabilitation type and salary.2.Work pressure among rehabilitation teachers of 0-6 year old disabled children in kaifeng city is between "lower" and "medium" level,which is not high enough;96% of the rehabilitation terchers work pressure is in low and moderate level.Only 4% rehabilitation teachers suffer high work pressure.The factors which affect the working pressure of rehabilitation teachers for disabled children are: working organization property,employment nature,age and salary.3.Work satisfacting among rehabilitation teachers of 0-6 year old disabled children in kaifeng city is in "higher" level,which is not highest enough;70% of the rehabilitation teachers are fairly satisfied with their job,and 30% of rehabilitation teachers have moderate job satisfaction.Factors that affect the occupation satisfaction are: working organization property,rehabilitation type,employment nature,work life and education degree.
