University teaching is setting up a school building,convening talent,dedicating public interests and acquiring capability all-roud.What a great cause it is! Education activity is a special communication process between teachers and students to cultivate students' perfect spiritual world.As the former Harvard president Bok said,what really affects the quality of education is in university classrooms,and it always happens between the contexts of teacher-student interaction.The essential characteristics of modern university research or transmission of advanced knowledge also determines that some difficult theory and knowledge are gradually clear during the process of mutual questioning and consultation communication between teachers and students.Therefore,the improvement of university teaching quality from the perspective of teacher-student interaction is not only the academic frontier and theoretic hot spot in the current higher education field,but also a theoretical and practical problem to be solved urgently in the course of improving the quality of education to realize the modernization of higher education in China.Based on the interaction between teachers and students,with “teachers and students interaction" and "teaching quality" and other related concept as the logical starting point to reveal its connotation,and with "communication and human nature" as its philosophical basis and with Marxist theory of communicative practice as theoretical basis,this study aims to inspire student's life,influence student's character,cultivate student's morality,sharpen their will and enlighten their spirits with practical teaching.This study demonstrates the rationality and the feasibility of improvement about teaching quality in the context of teacher-student interaction at theoretical level.This paper presents clearly that high-quality teaching is committed to the perfection of human nature and pursuit of life and personality improvement,including the quality of teaching of teacher and learning of students,the cultivation of the intellectual factors and non-intelligence factors,outcomes and process of teaching activity.The study is a basic method to return true education,achieve lifelong learning,and improve teaching quality.On the basis of this,the paper analyses the relationship between the teacher and student,the interaction with university teaching and real natural ecosystems through the history and reality of the investigation.Then the research focuses on the general requirements of students' creativity,critical thinking,and social responsibility in the fierce international competition.After that,we gradually verified the real quality of teaching to enhance the basic orientation.The good students we cultivate are active learning individuals who want to achieve self-growth and develop their knowledge of understanding the world.The good teachers we need are Special education teachers and soul mentors who can stimulate students to study,enlarge their knowledge,spread their ideas and generate great wisdom.The high-quality teaching we want to achieve is based on the interaction of life and mutual complement between teachers and students each other.And the value of improving the quality of university teaching is that we explore the feasibility of teaching to improve the quality of the path through three dimensions above concept change,good atmosphere to discuss and develop teachers to care for students' life,guide students' values and enlarge students' wisdom.It is pointed out that university teaching should return to get the true nature of education to create a good atmosphere of education and teaching ecology to help to respect education and motivate learning.What's more we build the system for teachers to construct a long-term mechanism for encouraging teachers' teaching development to help students achieve lifelong learning and help teachers inspire students.Therefore,we can achieve the true upgrading of university teaching quality through cultivating talents with "knowledge of difficult degree," "cultural depth," “ high recognition ” and "high degree of thought".
