Research On The Development Strategy Of E-Process Biopharmaceutical Education Co.

Business development strategy is a general designation of different kinds of business strategies, which determine the target and direction of the business, also decide the organization and execution of different business operation factors and business behaviors.e-Process Biopharmaceutical Education Co.(EPBE) targets at promoting healthcare industry in our country, enhancing professional skills of employees in Biopharmaceutical field, and stimulating the development of Biopharmaceutical industry. Being a startup company, it is essential to set its strategic target and development plan for the company's survival and development.This thesis was guided by the relevant analytical methods of business strategy,combined with current status of Biopharmaceutical process engineering training field. It analyzed the opportunities and challenges of EPBE in the current macro-environment. After studying the company's vision, strategic target, and market orientation, we set up the development strategy and plan of the company. The development route is to establish three core businesses(university student pre-job training, professional master degree training, and on-job training), to apply two business models(B2B and B2C) and two training channels(online and offline), to supply talents to Biopharmaceutical companies, and to promote the development of healthcare industry in our country. Subsequently, strategic plans of lecture setup, organization structure, human resource system, and company culture were established to realize the company's strategic target, which is to make EPBE an industry benchmark in five years, and in ten years to form national layout for fund raising and IPO.
