Learning motivation can explain why and what students want to learn so that it will motivate their desire for knowlege.This paper is intended to stimulate students' interest in learning and cultivate their cognitive motivation by creating all kinds of situations based on Theory of Motivation combined with a variety of teaching methods,thus optimizing their motivation in learning Chemistry.This paper analyzes the present situation and the external causes of students'study-weariness,points out the importance of motivation and expounds the purpose and significance of the research.This paper with reference to Learning Motivation,Reinforcement Theory,Attribution Theory and Self-efficacy,elaborates on how to use specific teaching strategies to stimulate and cultivate students' learning motivation.By analyzing and comparing the data about students' learning interest,motivation and performances,this paper reveals that the strategies of stimulating and cultivating students'chemistry learning motivation have a positive effect on teaching.
