| At present,in higher vocational college,football has become an important part of the construction of campus sports culture,it has a strong atmosphere and good students.The training objectives of higher vocational colleges in our country is skilled and practical talents social needed.The main purpose of higher vocational colleges to carry out football lesson options is that by football option class to complete the target on the basis of PE and health course,Let the students know the football,understand the football,and love the football;From learning basic knowledge to using and improving the level of football tactics.Therefore,in-depth,detailed and comprehensive study of Xuzhou higher vocational colleges' football lesson,To promote the reform and innovation of the football optional courses in Higher Vocational Colleges in Xuzhou,and to promote the further improvement of the level of the students football in higher vocational colleges,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This study adopts methods of document material,observation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and others,to research the development status of football in Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architectural Technology,Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology,Xuzhou Vocational College of Bioengineering,Jiuzhou Polytechnic,Xuzhou Kindergarten Teachers College and Jiangsu College of Safety Technology,and explore the problems in the teaching process of the football options and to take effective measures to correct them,to provide theoretical reference and practical service for the teaching of football options in higher vocational colleges.Conclusions:1 Viewed from the teaching situation of football optional course,teachers are targeting at building fitness,cultivating students' lifelong sports consciousness,mastering basic football tactics and promoting students mental health.And there are few or no colleges are targeting at developing the team cooperation ability,enhancing the ability of social adaptation and inheriting the spirit of football.2 Viewed from the teaching methods of football optional course,most of Xuzhou teachers are still using language method,decomposition method and complete demonstration method,teachers are as the main body,they did not fully implement the education principles that students as the main body.Teachers as the leading role is used more perfectly,but the students as the main part is hard to get real.Passive acceptance of the old method will seriously hinder the students' enthusiasm to learn football skills.3 Viewed from site and equipment status,64.3 percent of teachers think that these can basically guarantee the teaching.14.3 percent of the teachers think that the existing facilities can not meet the teaching activities.This result is very obvious that the hardware facilities of Xuzhou higher vocational colleges can not keep up with the needs of students.Viewed from Teaching equipment,90.9percent of the total number of teachers think it can basically meet the teaching needs,but still 9.1 percent of the teachers feel that it is not enough.4 Viewed from teaching content structure,the teaching content of the course of higher vocational college football is mainly focused on the most basic techniques and tactics,such as a single technology teaching and simple tactics.5 Viewed from teaching organization form,Xuzhou Vocational College football optional course is basically in accordance with the requirements of the new <outline >,it has broken the original classes and restructured,the main organization form is grade form.6 Viewed from construction of teachers,in Xuzhou,although there are some differences between male and female teachers,but not many.No person is doctor's degree,accounting 0 percent;24 people have master's degree,accounting for 72.7 percent;9 people have bachelor's degree,accounting for 27.3 percent,this part of the teachers' age are generally older.Teachers are based on associate professors and lecturers.The proportion of the number of teachers was 42.4 percent,30.3 percent,their sum up to 72.7 percent.Teaching teachers who have professorship are only 2 people.The proportion is only 6.1 percent.In addition to their own football professional teachers,such as volleyball,basketball,track and field,or other kinds of special teachers,and the proportion of non football professional teachers is very high,reaching 57.6 percent.7 Viewed from the situation of students' course selection,it has many factors that affecting the students' interest in football sports.Students' factors and teachers' factors.Many of the students believe that football is a sport that can train the body,cultivate the ability to cooperate and benefit from the lifetime of sports.They participate in football as an exercise method to enhance physical fitness and improve the health.To participate in the football game is mainly to grasp enough football skills and tactics,to enjoy the fun of participating in the football game,in order to play the purpose of pleasure.This is undoubtedly a great encouragement to the university to carry out the option of football,to prove that the football game,compared to other sports,has its unique charm.In view of a series of problems in teaching,the following suggestions are put forward:1 Be scientific,reasonable and systematic to arrange of the teaching form of football options.Adopting a diversified set of ideas to develop the project of football optional course.Increasing students' interest in football in purpose.Moreover,strictly follow the <outline> planning,improve the original class setting,rational distribution theory and practice teaching,so as to achieve the desired teaching objectives.2 Optimizing teaching method,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and improving the quality and effect of classroom teaching.The new < outline > requires the teacher as the leading,the student as the main body of the guiding ideology,enlightenment and inducement teaching play an important part.They can satisfy the student self development,the goal of self study.Traditional teaching method can be combined with some modern teaching methods,it will be more effective to meet the students' learning interest and personalized development.3 The teaching content of the football optional course should be based on the fitness and entertainment,to cultivating students' interest in sports.In the teaching process,teachers should respect the students as the main body and develop their personality education.The organization of teaching content should choose the teaching subjects which are suitable for students' physical and mental development,taking the students' long-term fitness as their goal.Setting the football game and entertainment oriented teaching content,increase the proportion of teaching competition,to meet the needs of students,penetration technique and tactics teaching during actual combat.4 Adjust the structure of the football options class teachers,establish a long-term mechanism for teacher training,make scientific training plan and content.Regular training as a review of the confering of academic title,into the post and performance evaluation.Through training,constantly improving teachers' professional ability and scientific research level.At the same time,the leaders should also actively work to absorb the existing old teachers,the old experts to participate in the teaching of football options courses,to help,to teach,to take,to study.At last,it can improve the overall quality of young teachers.5 Change the educational concept of the school leaders to the football optional
