Current Situation,Influencing Factors And Development Strategy Of Campus Football In Sichuan Higher Vocational Colleges

With the deepening of the reform of campus football in China and the continuous improvement of the four-tier system,campus football has developed rapidly.Colleges and universities are not only an important input channel for reserve football talents in primary and secondary schools in China,but also an important base for training and selecting high-level football talents.As an important part of colleges and universities,higher vocational colleges have also attracted widespread attention.However,at present,there are some gaps between Higher Vocational Colleges and ordinary colleges in terms of their scale,teaching quality and funding.These also restrict the development of football in Higher Vocational Colleges and lag behind the development and innovation of Higher Vocational colleges.By means of questionnaires and other methods,the author makes an all-round investigation and Analysis on the development of football in 17 Higher Vocational Colleges in Sichuan Province.Combining with the actual situation of Sichuan Province,the author summarizes some restrictive factors existing in the development of campus football in Sichuan higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the development of football.The research shows that the present situation of campus football development in Sichuan higher vocational colleges is as follows:1?School venues and facilities are relatively perfect,but football teachers are overburdened with teaching tasks,a single source of funds and insufficient attention from leaders.2?There are few football theory courses and students do not know enough about football rules.The content of football course can not satisfy students' interest.The content of football course is too simple and the form of organization is too single.Football(community)cultural activities are not optimistic.Less guidance is given to extracurricular football activities,and fewer girls participate in football.3?Schools attach too much importance to the performance of football teams,but do not attach enough importance to the development of school football matches and the training of football teams.4?The communication between colleges and universities is less,the level gap between school teams is larger,and the students' level does not pay enough attention to the development of campus football.Most vocational colleges lack the management mechanism of extracurricular football practice activities,and the construction of football associations needs to be strengthened.The main influencing factors are:1?The different perspectives of school leaders lead to the uneven development of campus football in Colleges and universities.Some school leaders focus on the construction of physical education curriculum and pay insufficient attention to extracurricular activities and competition training.2 ? Football teachers in Sichuan higher vocational colleges can meet the requirements of football teaching and development in Colleges and Universities under the conditions of education,professional title and coach rank.Football elective courses basically cover the basic skills of football.However,the number of football teachers is insufficient,the average number of hours each person has to undertake is large,but also responsible for the training of football teams and other tasks,tired of coping with,it is difficult to achieve good results in all aspects.3?Physical education in higher vocational colleges has not yet kept pace with the constraints of competitive sports construction and exam-oriented physical education.The teaching content attaches importance to the comprehensiveness of the curriculum,ignores the interest and enthusiasm of students,resulting in low enthusiasm of students.4?The higher the school level,the more conducive to the development of campus football.As there are more boys in comprehensive and technological colleges,they are more useful for the development of football.The main development strategies are:1?Attention should be paid to the teaching of football courses,comprehensive evaluation of students' football scores in and out of class,and small-scale competitions should be carried out to arouse students' enthusiasm.2?Develop football games,small football matches,or attract and encourage more girls to participate in football through community activities and football cultural activities.3?Make use of the characteristics of five-player football,which is easy to develop and highly participated,to attract more students to participate in football by promoting five-player football.4?Strengthen intra-school door cooperation and inter-school cooperation,improve intra-school football competition system,strengthen student referee training,improve referee level,and regularly carry out exchanges.5?Strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve the treatment of football teachers scientifically and reasonably,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of football teachers.
