Football has the reputation of being the first sport in the world.Campus football is an important component of school education and teaching,a component of school moral education,and a link between schools.It has the ability to temper the will of the students,improve the team's ability to cooperate,enhance the sense of collective honor,improve the personality,and have a strong educational function.From the strategic significance of national football,the formulation of the campus football policy,the formulation of opinions and notices have important guiding significance for the development of football in the campus.Kunming City has a unique football sport to carry out geographical advantages,and various college football league events have been held,which has enabled the rapid development of campus football in Kunming.At this stage,the development of football in vocational colleges in Kunming is in an unbalanced development and the imbalance of the football ecosystem.Therefore,the analysis and countermeasures of football development in vocational colleges in Kunming are of great value to the construction of a good ecosystem in higher vocational colleges.Guided by the spirit of the 19 th Party Congress,this article adheres to the tenet of“health first” and strengthens quality education as the foothold.The literature research,investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method were used to investigate and research the current situation of football development in 10 vocational colleges in Kunming.research shows:1.The competent departments and the hospital leaders are not paying enough attention and the football competition organization is not perfect.2.The construction of the teaching staff of football teachers in vocational colleges in Kunming is not perfect,the enthusiasm of teachers is not high,and the status of football teachers is unstable.3.The teaching of soccer teaching in vocational colleges in Kunming is not enough.The teaching content also uses the traditional teaching mode to form a single teaching structure;the construction of the soccer curriculum system is not perfect;the teaching evaluation system at the end of the semester is imperfect.4.The students in vocational colleges in Kunming have a good atmosphere of extracurricular football training,and the participation of students is high;the group of sports is mainly small groups,the improvement of technology and comprehensive ability is not obvious,and the teachers' guidance on activities is insufficient.5.The development of football leagues in vocational colleges in Kunming is not common,the enthusiasm of the football team is not high,and the football training system is not perfect.6.The football ecosystem of higher vocational colleges in Kunming is affected by information exchange,resource optimization and configuration,and the ecological chain is out of contact,resulting in instability of the football ecosystem.According to the investigation and research results of 10 higher vocational colleges in Kunming,it is recommended that the competent departments and hospital leaders update their ideas and concepts,and increase the importance attached to the development of higher vocational football;correct the attitude of teachers in active work and change the instability of non-staff teachers Sexually and effectively fulfill the protection of teachers' treatment;improve the four-level league mechanism of Kunming football competition,promote exchanges and cooperation between institutions;explore the reform and innovation of higher vocational football curriculum in Kunming,give full play to the educational function of football;A good campus football culture atmosphere,focusing on shaping a good ecological system for the development of football in higher vocational colleges.
