Xuzhou "upgraded" Sports Of The Vocational Colleges And Countermeasures Research

As part of high education, high vocational education is a kind of special education which provides advanced technical talent for industry, agriculture and service industry etc. Accompanied by social and educational development, high vocational education has become a social hot point. Developing high vocational education meets requirement of modernization process of our country. The theme of Heath First, Humanity and Life-long Education is throughout my article in terms of reform on physical teaching in high vocational colleges. By data references, question investigation and logic analysis, the paper covers science and engineering, finance and other synthetic fields taking 7 colleges such as Xuzhou Vocational College of Architecture Engineering, Xuzhou Vocational College of Industrial Engineering, Xuzhou Vocational College of Finance and Economics etc. as investigating objects. The purpose of state quo investigation on teaching staff, teaching process, outside physical activity, sites and facilities is to indicate problems and reasons existing within upgrading-type high vocational colleges in Xuzhou area regarding development of physical education, tap into countermeasures thereof and put forward suggestions on developing physical education of high vocational colleges, reforming college physical education and thoroughly taking quality education for reference.Research indicates that teaching pattern has been changed from vocational school to college, but real improvement in teaching hardware, course arrangement, management and outside activities haven't been upgraded with previous marks left. Furthermore, insufficient sites and facilities can not cope with course arrangements thus leading to more compulsory and less optional courses which turn out to be unsatisfactory to students. Facing such problems as social development, expansion of college, pattern improvement of talent cultivation and setting new majors, team construction of teaching stuff will meet harsh challenge.Parts of high vocational colleges in Xuzhou area adopted common pattern of physical teaching which were stable and time-effect to some extent but without self-character thus needing reform. Specialty and physical requirements must be taken into consideration on how to open a course. It's necessary to develop techniques and innovation ability paying more attention on psychology and individuality of students. Efforts such as investing on poor sites and facilities should be taken seriously for upgrading-type high vocational colleges to ensure physical teaching and outside activities.Based on research and investigation, combined with thought of teaching reform in physical education of high vocational college and referring to development on physical teaching of high vocational college home and broad, some suggestions pointing to state quo of upgrading-type high vocational college in Xuzhou area are put forward as follows: improving quality of teaching stuff of these colleges, upgrading teaching and management level, making contents of course closed to future vocational life of students in order to accommodate social development, strengthening management on physical facilities to serve students better, enforcing physical activities outside classroom for better training background and adopting reasonable assessing procedure with humanity.
