| Since the eighth teaching reform in 2001,great changes have taken place in the whole teaching area,aiming to change traditional teaching and carry out quality education completely.It is the same with the IT class,and how to improve students’ IT quality,how to arouse their interest,and how to strength the efficiency are the questions that the teachers are always exploring and at the same time,is the focus of this research.I,an IT teacher in senior high school,designed a teaching model--a student-act-as-teacher teaching model founded in micro-classes after I finished the questionnaire.I also do research on the students from 4 classes of two different levels in senior 1 to make clear the differences between the new teaching model and the traditional model and whether it has effect on the classroom efficiency and the students’ interest.The result shows that,“student-act-as-teacher”teaching model can cause changes in teacher-center pattern,which has positive effect on arousing students’ learning interest,improving classroom efficiency after students finish teaching by following teachers’ instructions.“Students-act-as-teachers”model designed by the researcher evolved from teaching model from DiKe-KeRui.Each class has the following 8 parts: content analysis;learners analysis;teaching aims setting;grouping design;instructional strategies design;teaching media;teaching evaluation and teaching introspection.After putting this model into use,I can draw the conclusion that this model can apply into our IT classroom and it works well.Other IT teachers can refer to this model in their practical teaching.Also,other subjects can also refer to it when they need.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter Adopting literature research and interviews is studied on the Micro-class application at home and abroad and "students-act-as-teachers" teaching model’s research status and the related results.By literatureresearch,the second chapter is researched on related theory and defied professionalterm,such as "students-act-as-teachers".By the questionnaire method,the third chapter isresearched on analysis the school’s feasibility of teaching practice on "students-act-as-teachers".By action research method,the four chapter is designed and implementation of "students-act-as-teachers" teaching model,divided the information technology subject courses into the theory of knowledge class and practice class.The fifth chapter is study on the analysis of the experimental data and the sixth chapter isthe research summary. |
