Based On The Resource Integration Of Benxi Youth Education Management Research Abstract

Youth education is an integral part of our education system, but also implements theeducation for all-around development the important means and ways. Vigorously in the whole society to strengthen and promote ideological and moral construction of minors under the big background, school education is carrying on the youth ideological and moral education,cultivating innovative spirit and practice ability of the important tasks of ascension. In the new historical conditions, How the school education management to seize the opportunity to integrate educational resources and overcome challenges, play their own advantages in the process and promote the implementation of quality education, to ensure the healthy development of something for China's education has become a key problem.This paper takes Benxi city as an example, through studying a lot of literature materials and combining with the questionnaire survey to understand the basic situation of the school education in Benxi city. The specific research is based on the integration of educational resources, from the beginning of the new field of campus quality education, and the research on the situation of the management out of school educational resources in Benxi city. This study based on the theory of education resource integration, from in quality education outside this new start, targeted of benxi off-campus education resource management carried out investigation and study, through the questionnaire survey, data analysis methods such as the present school education causes.Analyzing the present situation and existing problems of education resource integration on the basis of benxi and off-campus education management decision-making to provide effective basis and the reference, at the same time provide source of strength for the co-construction and sharing of education resources.the questionnaires of500 with 500, the recovery rate of 96%, of which 470 valid questionnaires, effective rate of94%, to ensure they get first-hand real data.Benxi off-campus education management as the low utilization rate of information integration, lack of practical education resource integration, the teachers troop levels remains to be improved, the lack of evaluation system, etc. Through research and analysis the authorsuggest resource integration under the optimize the environment of quality education,resource integration under the optimize the environment of quality education, establish the resources conformity assessment system, perfect the management system of the integration of education resources. Hope that through this way to integrate education resources, focus on the school education management research, focus on research of benxi off-campus education management practical problems, eventually need to explore the practice home and value orientation,perfect the benxi campus management system.
