| Participation in sports is to enhance students' physical quality,effective way to promote the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability,the main reason for this is to make exercise as the carrier,to promote students' practice experience in the activities of competition,unity,challenge,adaptation process,and ultimately achieve the formation of students' comprehensive sports and life attitude.And the completion of the students' physical education courses and the level of sports behavior will be based on the participation of sports to achieve,which shows the importance of sports participation in the course of sports.This paper gives a detailed investigation on the present situation of primary school students in Shijiazhuang city sports participation through the method of questionnaire investigation,expert interview,mathematical statistics,and targeted analysis,by understanding the basic situation of the primary school students in Shijiazhuang city sports participation and the existing problems,and combining with the law of development of the current school sports participation,and puts forward to solve the existing problems in the current process in Shijiazhuang urban primary school sports,and promotes the efficiency and quality of sports participation.Research shows that the sports participation of primary school students in the urban area of Shijiazhuang is carried out in the form of physical education,exercise between classes and after-school sports activities.Physical education curriculum teaching in Primary school is mainly in the form of class teaching.It is accounting for 86.6% of the total.79.8% teachers believe that the current school sports facilities can not meet the needs of students in class.School sports teams in the training phase,mainly to the physical quality of students training,accounting for 57.3% of the proportion of the entire training,followed by the basic technical training,accounting for 31.5% of the total.Extracurricular physical exercise in the process of the primary school students in Shijiazhuang city to participate in the physical training organization is more diversified,the students alone accounted for 24.5% of the total,free activities accounted for 41.4% of the total,and a family to participate in physical exercise accounted for 15.3% of the total.Students to participate in sports programs are more diverse,which accounted for 66.8% of the total number of basketball,running accounted for 58.3% of the total,skipping 56.3% of the total.There are 47.3% students to participate in physical exercise frequency for 3-4 times a week,each time to participate in physical exercise time between 30-60 minutes accounted for 54.3% of the total number of less than 30 minutes,the total number of 31.2%,higher than 60 of the total number of 14.5% minutes.Thus the conclusion is as follows:First,at present,Shijiazhuang urban primary schools carry out 2 to 4 class every week,in which students' participation in physical education is higher,and students can actively participate in classroom teaching,and achieve better results.Big break exercise is good,schools can take out 20-25 minutes during breaks for eye exercises or exercise to meet the student's sports participation.Each school has its own training team,and 84.7% of the schools have developed detailed training plans,there is relatively high frequency of sport participation in primary schools,and students who exercise more than 3 or 4 times a week is 47.3%,indicating the consciousness and behavior of students to participate in extra-curricular physical exercise is good.Second,there are issues need to be improved such as big classes and fewer teachers teaching in physical education,single ways of teaching,lack of venues and equipment,and teachers' comprehensive ability.Third,there are issues concerning extracurricular sports activities like lack of awareness of sports and single ways of organizing implementation and necessary sports guidance and so on. |
