Thanksgiving is one of the Chinese traditional virtues.Gratitude education is an important content of moral education in colleges and universities.In general,the current Gratitude education of college students has been paid more and more attention,but college students quality of gratitude did not improve significantly.Making a systematic summarize of the practices and deficiency of Gratitude education of college students,exploring ways and rules to strengthen the present college students Gratitude education,enriching and expanding the theory of Gratitude education,all is imminent,particularly important.This paper comprises the systematic study of the four parts on the current Gratitude education of colleges and universities.The first part is an overview.It mainly discusses the selected topic background,the purpose of Gratitude education and the important theoretical and realistic significance,summarized this paper expounds the current research status quo of Gratitude education both at home and abroad,illustrates the research method and innovation of this article.The second part explains Gratitude and the Gratitude education.It studies the theory basis of Gratitude education from three aspects,that is the Chinese traditional culture,the grateful thoughts of western civilization,and the Marxist human theory.Secondly,it discusses the necessary question of Gratitude education,which highlights the value proposition.The third part summarizes the main problems of the current Gratitude education of college students,analyzes the reasons from four dimensions of themselves,school,family and society,and emphasizes the necessity of Gratitude education.This paper argues that the Gratitude education is flawed with certain shortcomings.such as the target of fuzzy,alienation and idealistic,the content of generalization,hollow and lag,the methods of simple,sad and formalism,as well as the disconnection between education stage,the deviation of education orientation,the lack of education innovation,the lack of education evaluation,and so on.So,the weak of gratitude education of college students,college students gratitude consciousness and behavior loses are not significantly changed.The fourth part expounds the target,the content and the characteristics of Gratitude education of college students.The author thinks that the highest aim of education is to foster appreciate.The specific aim is to inspire college students gratitude consciousness,strengthen college students' emotion,guide students to appreciate.The author also thinks that Gratitude education includes parents travail,teachers guidance,the blessing of social life,natural nourishing.It pays attention to individual differences,emotional communication,the practice experience and the inheritance.All of these are the characters of Gratitude education in colleges and universities.The fifth part is the exploration of the practice path of Gratitude education.It is discussed from the transformation idea,rich content,innovation methods,perfecting mechanism,which puts forward the fundamental,systematic and effective way.
