The essence of Ideological and political education is a man's ideological work, to fully mobilize people's initiative, initiative and creativity, and promote the overall development of human freedom. Interpersonal communication runs through the ideological and political education, therefore, to improve the ability of interpersonal communication is the primary premise of Ideological and political education, but also to do a good job in Ideological and political education. High school students are between 16-18 years old, is the peak of the development of youth, is an important stage of rapid development of individual physical and mental maturity, but also the key period of the formation of interpersonal communication. And in the rapid development of smart phones today, the proportion of high school students to use smart phones to reach more than 30%. This breaks the traditional model of interpersonal communication in senior high school students, was greatly influenced by the high school students interpersonal way, to high school students interpersonal skills proposed new requirements, of current high school students on the ideological and political education work puts forward new challenges. Therefore, study of high school students using smart phones on the interpersonal influence for high school students ideological and political education environment, the way and the carrier to provide new theoretical basis and help to our comprehensive understanding of intelligent mobile phone culture and shortcomings of China smart phone industry, from play a positive role in guiding and the effectiveness of the ideological and political education to provide new ideas for promoting high school.The through analysis of the existing literature, deeply studied high school students are using smart phones for interpersonal due value; through the questionnaire survey of high school students are using smart phones for the basic situation of interpersonal communication and found that high school students use smart phones to interpersonal communication has many problems; based on through the investigation and analysis of the interviews senior high school students use smart phones to interpersonal problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This thesis consists of five chapters:the first part is the introduction, which describes the background and significance of this paper, the current situation of domestic and international research, research ideas and methods. The second part of the writing of senior high school students interpersonal analysis of relevant factors using smart phones, mainly analysis of high school students, high school students the connotation and characteristics of interpersonal communication, and puts forward high school students are using smart phones for interpersonal due value. The third part focuses on the analysis of the basic situation of high school students' interpersonal communication using smart phones, and points out the problems existing in the use of smart phones in high school students. The fourth part of senior high school students use smart phones for interpersonal communication exists the cause of the problem analysis, pointed out that high school students use smart phones to interpersonal problems is social transformation deviation of the adverse effects of period of negative information, education system of school teaching idea and family education, lack of rationality, the quality of students as a result of the interaction of limitations. In the fifth part, according to the high school students use the smart phones interpersonal causes negative effects, put forward corresponding measures, including the social to make smart phones legal supervision; school to the standardization of the management of intelligent mobile phone; family to make intelligent mobile phone monitoring by normalization; students to make smart phones use self-discipline.
