The smart phone social network has rapidly become a part of people's daily life,and gradually affected the study life and interpersonal communication of the secondary vocational students.The secondary vocational students are the professional talents with professional knowledge and ability as well as the professional skills of the vocational school,mainly to meet both the society and the students' employment needs.As a result,interpersonal skills are very important to a new social worker.This paper takes an economic and trade vocational technical secondary school in Xiangtan city as an example,through the organization in the form of questionnaire and teachers' symposium,so as to understand and grasp the students' ideology and teachers' attitudes and practices,then draw the relevant research conclusions,in order to better analyze the next step.This paper aims to analyze the positive and negative influence of smart phone on the interpersonal communication of secondary vocational students.On the one hand,the smart phone can meet the emotional needs of the secondary vocational students,improve the efficiency of the interpersonal communication among the secondary vocational students,and can broaden their social vision and expand their extent of making friends.But on the other hand,too much use of smart phones for interpersonal communication can lead to the neglect of real interpersonal communication,reduce interpersonal communication responsibility and weaken interpersonal communication skills,and even influence their concepts of choosing friends.The paper analyzes the reasons for the dependence of the secondary vocational students on the smart phone,mainly due to the adolescent personality traits ? the lack of education in school and family as well as the influence of the social environment.Accordingly,the paper tries to seek corresponding solution from three aspects.First of all,the self-discipline of secondary vocational students should be stimulated;Secondly,school and familyeducation should supply proper guide;In the end,creating a good social atmosphere is necessary.Thus we can guide the secondary vocational school students to use their smart phones properly and better realize their interpersonal communication so as to lay a good foundation for their future employment.
