Higher Vocational Colleges Students Incident Prevention Research

With the successive years of enrollment,the number of college students has increased dramatically,and the composition of college students has become increasingly complex.Their different living habits,the quality varies,ranging from,bad character,especially after the expansion of the enrollment of the college student management lag,students living space is narrow,objectively increases the frequency of the occurrence of unexpected events among college students.This paper starts with the concept of the college students' emergency,according to its characteristics,nature and classification,through consulting the archives and the way of the questionnaire to collect the information related to the emergency of CZ college.After the investigation concluded that college safety accidents happen frequently,the psychological problems of such events highlight the situation,campus security incidents highlighted,network security incidents become the focus on prevention and control of emergencies,showing a sudden,diversity,complexity,crisis,spread etc.In response to the management of emergencies,CZ College of emergency prevention work is not perfect,the organization is not perfect,lack of material preparation,poor awareness of students,and many other issues.The main reason for the formation of these problems is the lack of crisis awareness,the concept of management is relatively backward,the mechanism of dealing with emergencies is not perfect,the students are distorted,psychological immaturity and so on.Proper management of emergencies,the school should take the system framework for the operation of the protection,the organization for the carrier,abide by the principles of crisis management and concept,improve the relevant system construction in Higher Vocational Colleges for the alarm mechanism,emergency handling mechanism and rehabilitation is the focus of prevention and early warning,emergency treatment is the core,is the key to recovery and reconstruction.Schools should take scientific measures and methods to strengthen the campus environmental monitoring,set up an emergency management team,strengthen prevention,control and ex post recovery,and be good at summing up the experience and lessons.
