Research On Emergency Management Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Liaoning Province

With the development of economy,the higher vocational college students emergencies has become increasingly frequent,hidden dangers to the health of the stability of the social order,the school of the teachers and students,learning and living order of college itself has also formed the serious interference.However,in the early warning and emergency response,at present most of the higher vocational colleges in our province for the degree of attention of students emergency management than ordinary colleges and universities,has not yet formed the emergency response plan effective,students in emergencies can not be carried out effective coping strategies immediately caused by unexpected incidents will reduce the damage to a minimum.Although the higher vocational colleges have established the emergency response system,but mostly copy the management regulations of ordinary colleges and universities,the form is greater than the content,often in unexpected events can not play its due role.Thus,it is necessary to carry out the study of students' emergencies in Higher Vocational colleges.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is the theoretical research of students' emergency management in higher vocational colleges.Through literature reading and information collection,it summarizes the related scholars at home and abroad,and establishes the theoretical support for the paper.The second part is to study the situation of students' emergency management in Higher Vocational Colleges in Liaoning Province,summarize the existing problems and analyze the reasons.The third part,combined with the relevant theories and foreign experience,puts forward the pre,post and post response mechanism of student emergencies in Higher Vocational colleges.The fourth part puts forward suggestions to improve the management of student emergencies in Higher Vocational Colleges in Liaoning Province,and puts forward suggestions from three aspects of environmental construction,mechanism construction and student education.
