Vocational education assumes the important task of training millions of high-quality workers. The students in vocational school, due to the bad effect of their family, the community, the school and the shortcoming of their own, have some problem behavior. These problem behavior has brought serious affect to their family, community, school and themselves.6S management stems from Japan including Seiri, Seition, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke, Security. The Japanese discovered, through 6S, not only the production quality had been a good change, more importantly, the quality of staff had also undergone a fundamental change, which played a key role for Japan. Because the 6S management in Japan had achieved very good results, many enterprises began in-depth study and application of 6S management combined with their own actual conditions. In case of it,6S management had been promoted.With reference to 6S theory in business, the paper develops a similar set of 6S self-assessment and diagnostic criteria in student management for Fujian Marine Vocational School.On this basis, combined with the specific circumstances of each class,teachers could determine the content of student management in their classes. With the help of questionnaire and interview of students,the paper analyzes the effect of 6S theory in student management in last a year.In this way, it found there are some problems. First, the students do not get enough support from the family relationship. Second, the class has important influence in students' behavior, teacher does less than what we think. Third, students' problem behaviors are centralized. Fourth, the learning atmosphere is not good enough. Fifth, the students in poor of expressing is easily overlooked. Sixth, student 6S management effectiveness is in positibe relation to the management system and implementation. Seventh, students' self-management ability needs to be strengthened.For these specific cases, the paper discusses the optimization path of student 6S management to develop more healthful, more qualified workers for future,who master more professional knowledge and skill. First, strengthen school-family interaction and get more parental support. Second, strengthen the effective of class, weaken the direct management of the teacher. Third, innovate school management mechanism to establish centralized education model for special students.Fourth, improve teaching management to stimulate learning motivation. Fifth, optimize the activity design to exploit the potential of students. Sixth, improve the management system with humanistic care. Seventh, bring up students self-management ability.
