Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Comprehensive Management Of Campus Management In Newly Built Universities Of Fujian Povince

Comprehensive governance is the strategic principle of the party and the state to solve the problem of social order and the correct and effective way to prevent and control juvenile delinquency.Colleges and universities are an important base of the higher education of citizens.It is the main place for the transportation of high-quality talents.It is the jurisdiction of the region and the educational management department,which makes the comprehensive management of campus management become the important organic composition of comprehensive management of social management.In the face of the new situation background of the development of social progress in the country,the situation of higher education and the remarkable changes of college students' groups,the complexity of the comprehensive management of campus management is increasing and the diversity is greatly enhanced.This paper analyzes the dilemma faced by the comprehensive management of campus management in the newly-built colleges of Fujian povince,and draws the corresponding causes in Fujian Province.It has certain theoretical significance and reference value.At the same time,taking Sanming University as an example,summed up the current Sanming University campus management comprehensive management of the existing problems.Based on the problems existing in the comprehensive management of campus management in Sanming University,this paper further summarizes the dilemma and causes of the comprehensive management of campus management in newly-built colleges.The main dilemma of the comprehensive management of campus management is awareness should be improved,organizational construction is not perfect,the system is not perfect security.Its causes are mainly a variety of social problems and contradictions impact on the campus,the transition period of new undergraduate colleges and universities within the existing problems,the impact of the surrounding environment and other issues.Based on the emergence of the problems and causes of Fujian povince,the paper puts forward the corresponding response measures.This paper put forward to continue to strengthen the awareness of comprehensive management of campus colleges and universities;establish and improve the management mechanism of school orchard;establish long-term supervision and evaluation system;give full play to the main force of armed defense in colleges and universities,and comprehensively promote the construction of campus and surrounding culture.And strive to provide a strong campus environment for the safe and stable development of new local colleges and universities.
