Research On Student Work Management Applied In Cooperative Education Programs Between Fujian And Taiwan

Since May2009when the state council issued Several Opinions on Supporting Speeding up the construction of Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone of Fujian Province, cooperation between universities in Fujian province and that of Taiwan has become a platform and carrier of cross-strait communication in culture, education and scientific research. As cooperation education program between Fujian and Taiwan gradually becomes an important part of cross-strait education exchanges, a new research subject comes to being on studying and formulating suitable student work management model aiming at special students group included in cooperative programs.This thesis conducts a research on student work management of Sanming University’s cooperative education program with Taiwan, applying research methods like literature analysis, comparative research, questionnaire, interview and so on.First, it applies literature analysis, basic theory research method to define cooperative education between Fujian and Taiwan and student work management, analyzing the necessity of investigating student work management applied in cooperative education programs from perspectives of universities’own development needs, students’characteristics, demand for management and so on. It also explores the feasibility of researching student work management applied in cooperative education program between Fujian and Taiwan from perspectives of national policy system, college student work management reform and development demand and development trend of student work management team. Second, this thesis, by analyzing the status-quo of student work management applied in cooperative education program, points out the existing problems and causes for the management status, aiming to seek solutions for it.Finally, it constructs theories on student work management system, management mode, management method, management team, by linking theory with practice and applying theory of pedagogy, management, and puts forward countermeasure and suggestions for student work management applied in cooperative education program.Sanming University has become an important body included in cooperative education program between Fujian and Taiwan, which has been implemented for four years. What’s more, Sanming University has done in-depth exploration and research in students’ ideological education, learning atmosphere construction, student work management. This thesis refines, summarizes and investigates problems met in student work management of cooperative education program between Sanming University and its Taiwan counterparts, hoping to provide some new ideas and reference for ongoing student work management applied in cooperative education program between Fujian and Taiwan.
