Now China is in a crucial period of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, with the accelerated of industrialization and urbanization in our country, a large number of the rural labor and educated population was loss, the development of modern agriculture and new rural construction is facing the situation of lacking talents. Therefore, how to improve the quality of rural labor, speed up to cultivate a group of new famer with high-quality and know management and who taking agriculture as his occupation, attract and retain a number of new farmer to keep the sustainable development of our new socialist countryside, which has become a hot research in our country.Fujian province to implement the2012No.1document "vigorously develop new occupation farmers" and the Agriculture Ministry issued "the new occupation farmers cultivate pilot work plan" notice spirit, in2013year throughout Fujian province to organize and implement of the new occupation farmers promotion program, to enhance the quality of new farmers, to cultivate new occupation farmers with the vocational education, to improve their agricultural production skills and management level, to promote and expand the new occupation farmer group in Fujian province.The key factors influencing the quality of new occupation farmer vocational education is to do a good job of teaching management. This paper present the definition of new occupation farmer n vocational education and teaching management etc. implications, on the basis of the human capital theory n adult learning theory and the humanistic learning theory,and taking Fujian Agriculture&Forestry University’s new occupation farmer students as the research object, through the questionnaire survey and interviews, reveals the problems and shortcomings which exist in the currently teaching management, improve the teaching management, establish a distinctive talent training mode, strengthen the construction of the teaching management and establish a stable high-quality teachers and build communication platform in five aspects.
