Research On Sport Competitive Intelligence Service In Libraries Of Physical Education Colleges

Enhance the level of sports science research in our country, and constantly promote sport technology innovation capacity and competitiveness is the foundation of building sports power. The sport competitive intelligence service is knowledge service with a multi-discipline, complex content, strong professional knowledge, in the process of promoting construction of innovation ability of sports power and sports science and technology, it has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper uses the methods of literature study, interview and investigation, case study method, summarize the concepts of sport competitive intelligence service, improve the practice system of sport competitive intelligence service. The main conclusion of this study as follows:The sport competitive intelligence services are developing around sport activities. According to their service objection, the sport competitive intelligence service are divided into:sports science competitive intelligence service?sports training and competition competitive intelligence services and sports industry competitive intelligence service. At present, according to their service mode, sport competitive intelligence service are divided into:the sport competitive intelligence service based on citation analysis?the sport competitive intelligence service based on patent analysis, the sport competitive intelligence service based on sports science and technology novelty sports research, sport competitive intelligence service based on collection of competitors information.From the practice of sport intelligence work, discusses the significance and advantage of library in physical education college to carry out competitive intelligence service, propose libraries of physical education colleges can be in conjunction with their own strengths and development needs to develop sport competitive intelligence services actively.The construction of sport competitive intelligence system mainly related to service talent team, the literature resources disposition, the network platform construction, the competitive intelligence service standard and so on. From the practice of sport competitive intelligence service, discuss the project admissibility, organization, analysis, retrieval, report and other service processes.Taking the library of Beijing Sport University as an example, analyze the developing countermeasure of sport competitive information service in sport college. Through studying the competitive intelligence service which is according to subject development of sport college, based on patent competitive intelligence analysis of sport services, based on sports science and technology novelty sports research and "anti-doping" sport training and competition in the field of competitive intelligence case studies, this paper give the recommendations about development strategy, aim to provide references to libraries of physical education colleges and other institutions about how to carrying out competitive intelligence service.
