In twenty-first Century, the network economy has completely changed our traditional way of life and consumption. The network marketing has become one of the most important directions in the development of network, which penetrated into all aspects of marketing. Network marketing has brought infinite business opportunities for our small enterprises. The convenience of the online marketing environment has become fast and more open nowdays.it has deeply affected on our education system. China's original traditional education industry has become another way studying online or combining with multimedia technology.The new era education industry Competition has the different characteristics and challenges, in order to adapt to the long-term development of the new era. A education and training company should have a change with the marketing concept, marketing model innovation and expand the network marketing channels of their own. The execution and the implementation of network marketing strategies are the main objectives to cultivate the company's own consumers.The feasibility studies that author made on the theories and strategies of a network marketing on A education and training companies. The author compared the 4P,4C,4R versus the network marketing theory and used both methods which are the PEST and SWOT analysis. The author analyzes the environment where the A education the training company is faced with overseas market and domestic market. With the help of 4R and integration of network marketing theory, The author summarizes the optimization scheme of network marketing strategy of A education and training company.The program from the A education and training company based in their own products, minimizing the cost of consumer satisfaction maximization principle, personalized and diversified deep network of educational products. A education and training company product group can adapt to the new era of consumer demand.Then through employee loyalty cultivation and improvement of customer service mechanism, company employees can serve online users with better enthusiasm and with positive attitude.Finally, A education and training company enhances students' consumer delivered value.
