Nowadays high school curriculums focus more on the sustainable development of students, especially the cognition about math and capability budding. Mathematics thought is the understanding of the essence of mathematics knowledge, which is used repeatedly in the cognitive activities and has universal guide meaning. Learning and teaching of the thought method has profound significance to students' mathematics learning ability, and it is more important in the senior high school. Transforming thought is the most basic mathematical thought. At present, there are some research achievements on the definitions, the principles and the strategies about the transforming thought, however, the research on teaching method of this thought is relatively weak.Focusing on the above problems, we expound the common mathematical methods through combining the existing researches and the characteristics of high school mathematics together. These methods are under the guidance of the transformation principles and strategies. Then, according to the existing teaching materials proposed by Beijing Normal University, the dissertation figures out the conversion idea about five modules (function, solid geometry, analytic geometry, number sequence and inequality) of high school mathematics. Correspondingly, the teaching contents and typical examples of each module in the transformation and reduction strategy are discussed in detail. Finally, according to the some research results and my teaching practice experience, the fourth chapter puts forward the strategies of cultivating students' thinking ability from the viewpoint of teaching preparation and specific operation.To provide guidance and help to teachers for achieving better teaching results, the dissertation mainly talks about the immersion of transforming thought in middle school mathematics knowledge. However, teachers should take flexible measurements during their actual teaching practice.
